CTOnLine! - Web Based Client Tracking
CharityTrak™ is an excellent Client
tracking system for small to medium food banks and charities to utilize in
tracking the help they give their clients. However, sometimes a charity
may have more than one location. Many times groups of charities in a
geographic area want to share data between different charities to prevent double
dipping.
CTOnLine!™ (CTO) s a web based client tracking system
designed to allow multiple locations to share data accross the internet.
Five Gulf hosts and maintains the data base. All a user needs is a access
to the web and either Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape.
CTOnLine solves two needs:
- Some charities have multiple locations. CTO allows
access to the charity's client records from anywhere. The system can be
set up to track all the data together or by location.
- Want to share information on cleints amoung other charities
in your area. CTOline Groups allow groups of charities to share client
information, including dates when aid was given, at the same time protecting
information that applies only to one charity.
Pricing
Using CTOnLine is fairly inexpensive. On a six month payment plan, the
price is as little as $20.00 per month per charity/location for one terminal to
access the system. Each additional terminal at the same location is
just $5.00 per month more. Additional sites using the same Charity ID are
just $10.00/month for the first computer and $5.00/month for additional
terminals.

Five Gulf will set you up an account and allow you up to 45 days to pay for your
first month's service! if during that time you decide you don't want to
continue using the service, simply email Five Gulf and we'll stop your service
and you owe nothing. When you make your first payment you'll pay for the
45 days you tested, plus the next service period's payment.

Note: Additional computer fees apply only when normal usage dictates using
more then one computer on the system at a time. There is no additional
charge for after hours usage of the system from home or occasional usage
